Welcome to our website, we are promoting the rental of our new Condo located in Estero, Florida in the beautiful gated community of Bella Terra. We have done our best to make this a "home away from home" with brand new furniture, appliances and other needed necessities. The morning view from many of the rooms are of the lake preserve. The sunrise over this preserve on many mornings is a glowing red with silhouettes of palm trees in the distance making this a truly amazing view to wake up to.

We are now ready to take inquiries for rentals, if you have an interest in our property, please fill out this form and we will get back to you. We are open to providing rental services on a bi-weekly, monthly, seasonal or yearly basis.

 New 7,000 sq. ft. Mediterranean-style clubhouse with free-form pool, aerobics studio, community and fitness center, baseball field, basketball court, tennis courts, soccer fields, bocci ball courts, park and picnic area, nature trails, childrens playground and tot lot. Additional condo pool is within walking distance.
*24 hour fitness center waver signature with clubhouse is required. Enjoy a fantastic, state of the art fitness center with an on-site trainer and scheduled classes. |
